Cast Iron Cookware Cleaner
Coarse salt scrubs cast iron cookware clean without soap, preserving the seasoning that keeps it non-stick.
What you'll need
- 2 tbsp coarse salt
- A little warm water
- A soft cloth or paper towel
Steps
- While the pan is still warm, sprinkle salt over the surface.
- Scrub with a cloth and a splash of warm water.
- Rinse, dry immediately, and rub with a thin layer of oil.
